- Abstract
- Primary Care Clusters (PCCs) layer showing the location of the 63 PCCs that cover primary care services in Wales. Primary Care Clusters are not an exact geographic area. LSOAs have been mapped to the cluster where the highest number of residents are registered to a GP practice within the cluster. Therefore the cluster provided in this lookup is an approximate 'best-fit' for each LSOA. Clusters for data are as at October 2024, using Census 2021 LSOAs.
